In the implementation process, FIDASmart will:
- structure and optimize the acquisition process by organizing pitches, mystery shopping, assisting in negotiations etc.
- advise on the main financing partners to be approached in order to discuss the details of the project
- assist the clients in the preparation of the financing documentation
- offer a real benchmark of financing costs and negotiate with the financing partners with a view to obtaining the best terms for our clients
- negotiate the financing documentation, including the structure of guarantees, in order to support our clients’ short term projects and long term business development.
